atheist in the eyes of society

"I am a world before I am a man, I was a creature before I could stand' I will remember before I forget" this particular line from a song of slipknot before i forget has a fragment of somewhat atheism because the lyrics of the song is like a stream of strong words that co-notes that we are from a creature before we become a man, as in Darwin's theory of evolution that we human came from a ape as we evolve we begun to learn to use thing and to learn what is good and what is bad, like what our professor said to us there is no such thing as good and evil, its just the way people see things.

So lets start by simply asking why do people see atheism as a bad influence for the society is it that bad or just because human in this time is just plain stubborn  and they don't want to open up. I grew up in a religious family both my parents were Roman Catholics but i became an atheist being a  atheist doesn't mean that i am a bad person or i did it because i hate my parents no, i choose to become a atheist because i believed in reality not fiction to see is to believe so don't ask stupid question like what about air,  you cant see it but you believe in it, even though you cant see it you can definitely can feel it, so that's a stupid question to ask right? i don't believe in God nor in the bible, specially in Adam and Eve i believe in evolution of man because there are evidence that we came from apes, people have different ideas about it as a atheist i was always criticized about this. In a an environment of Catholics this is normal because they cant grasp the reality that there is more to life than to simply follow something that you don't even know exist, i saw a article about introducing atheism to society by means of  introduction in a way that society can simply understand, "DavidSilverman" co-founder of   (SDCoR) or  The San Diego Coalition of Reason in their website "http://unitedcor.org/san-diego/page/home."

This particular Organization's main goal is to advocate and to teach that atheism is not what people may think, there is more to it than criticizing, atheism is all about reality, freedom and to express ones thought but most of the people think that atheism is like Satan's spawn but it isnt. People think this way simply because they choose to believe in what they want, they are ignorant, they looked down on people that don't believe in God, the truth is most of the people that believe in God do unspeakable things, so why blame atheist simply because in the face of the society atheism is bad, evil and a non-believer in God, that's just nonsense we don't believe in God simply because we seek truth, reality, facts and not made up story coming from a book that a man wrote a long time ago.

So before people start criticizing us please look at the mirror first  and see. Talk to yourself  am i eligible to criticize people with their own beliefs, and make sure that when you see a person that has this kind of perception make sure to know them first before judging them by their religion or on what they believe in.
